Overseeing health and safety with moving handling equipment. Meetings with social work and other outside agencies. Risk assessing and managing workload with a team of colleagues. I then spent a short spell with adults with learning difficulties in the community and then to care at home with a local council. I am very enthusiastic and appreciate the importance of someone living as independently as they can within their own home and the community. I have my SVQ level 3 in social care as well as my hnc in social care. My optional subject was loss and grief. I have a wide range of experience and knowledge and will always approach the care with the individual in mind. I have always worked with a person centred approach and i will utilise this with each client i support. Marc has been and continues to be an excellent carer and we are fortunate to have found someone who has developed a rapport quickly with my father and is always willing to undertake any duties within his remit.My father looks forward to his visits. He is excellent at responding to messages and communicating any issues to us promptly.
