Basically l love supporting individuals with their day-to-day needs and activities to achieve their goals, making sure they live comfortably and enjoy their life to the fullest. Making individuals lives as independent as possible without being forced or dictated about what to do or when to do it. I am always making sure individuals make their choice and are respected and safe in the community and in their own homes. Seeing individuals happy is my joy. Going extra the mile to see individuals happy makes me happy too.
