Recording and administe...More I have worked for Council since 2013 as a support worker for adults with learning disabilities. 2010 -2013 worked for Health care as a carer for elderly. 2005-2009 worked as live in carer. EXPERIENCE I have developed skills in lifting and handling through hoist, sling. Recording and administering daily medication. Upheld the dignity and respect of clients by recognising their feedback on care procedures. Accompanied clients to health visits and relayed information to clients family. Assisted clients with day to day personal care and daily living tasks. Cared for elderly with dementia, delivering support per care plan . Actively listened to patient's complaints and feedback, actioning improvements to continuously elevate quality care. Promoted independence and self-esteem by allowing clients to complete specific tasks on their own . Prepared healthy meals and assisted clients with eating and drinking.
