Able to provide companionship, personal care, including assisting with essential daily tasks such as washing and dressing, assistance with going to the toilet and managing continence pads and delivering personal care with respect, dignity and understanding. Also experienced and trained in end-of-life and palliative care and able to care for clients in their final months, weeks, or days of life so they can live as well and as comfortably as possible until their passing. As a carer and advocate for the elderly I strongly encourage and support independence and personal choice where possible, whether that be through one-to-one activities, stimulating mind, body, spirit, and soul, helping with learning transport routes, or going out.
