I am known by colleagues and servicer users for being reliable, compassionate, caring, and empathetic. There feedback gives me an understanding of perspectives of my work , reflect on the comments and act on them accordingly. Amongst my duties as a support worker are to communicating frequently with the patients so as to be able to identify their needs and attend to them accordingly, e.g provide physical care. leisure and/or recreation, teach and assist service users with their daily personal and/or community responsibilities, while upholding their’ dignity. I support patients to make healthy meal choice ,assist with food preparation , ensure they are eating and drinking to prevent malnutrition. Am responsible for their safety and well-being assisting with medication ,storage and record keeping. I have the knowledge and skills to observe, monitor and record patients well-being assist with medication ,storage, ensure they attend all health appointments, whilst working with colleague , families and other profession, maintaining confidentiality at all times. I work within non-discriminatory and legislative framework as well as adherence continually to operational policies and procedures. ensuring that my training needs are kept up-to-date so that I am at the level of standards required to undertake my role. Time management is a crucial attribute which has been a large factor in all things I have undertaken throughout my life; it has been integral to my studies, work and also personal endeavours. These experience has taught me that people needing care wellbeing can improve if they receive the right therapeutic support and treatment, and sometimes very small things can make a big difference. .I am continually motivated by the thought of being able to offer more specialised help in this field. I am totally committed to my goal, and believe I have the necessary qualities to part of your life, team.
