I am a keen advocate for person centred care. And know that as a care provider I should not let my own beliefs impact on the standard of care I provide or influence how I treat individuals regardless of them having different beliefs or value systems. I also know and understand that I have to ensure I deliver a safe service by working within all policies and procedures frameworks. effective communication is also an essential skill to ensure important information is relayed to the appropriate stakeholders within the care set up, hence multi disciplinary team working is essential. effective communication also serves to safeguard service users by way of reduction of potential mistakes. I absolutely love life and try and live a positive and happy life. I am friendly and love to laugh and enjoy other people’s company as much as I am content to do things by myself. I love to cook and love taking long walks. Family is very important to me and I also have a great group of friends.
