I am a compassionate person willing and ready to serve, self motivated resilient and dependable and reliable to ensure that my client is free from abuse and neglect and also to ensure that they maintain their nutritional need and help them to live their best life. Before becoming a carer I cared for 6 years for my Mother which eventually become palliative care,After my Mum passed away, I then volunteer to provide care in my local town ,which then went on to me becoming employed as an auxiliary nurse. As experience , I have worked with people with dementia, Autism learning disabilities, bipolar,schizophrenia, drop fits and challenge behaviour. I also have experience of anxiety and depression care. I am a good cook! It’s a big part of my life and I love trying out new recipes. I can bake well and once won a competition for my pineapple turnover cake.
