Roles and Responsibilities: Care Assistant ∙ I ensured that clients health and safety are paramount. ∙ Cleanings, lifting, and other care quality matters ensuring that client dignity is maintain at all time. ∙ Housekeeping duties such as cleaning, ironing and cooking thereby maintaining health and safety at all time ∙ Ensure that client medication is given at appropriate time with correct dose keep high standard at all time. ∙ General day today administrative duties; ∙ Ensure that adequate access controls are implemented within client premises. ∙ Protection of clients premises against physical damage. ∙ Ensured that health and safety hazards are being monitored and any breach or hazard reported to client. ∙ Conflict management and resolution to avoid any discredit to client dignity ∙ Any other duties agreed in client care plan.
