Supporting people has always been my passion and its where I excel. I have had so many rewarding experiences, from supporting people with all aspects of their daily life, including social and physical activities, such as arranging trips to the cinema, music, sensory activities or art classes. Booking and accompanying people to appointments, and job interviews and seminars, admin. I have a variety of skills including listening and communication, problem solving, good judgement, offering advice. I always put myself in anyone's shoes I am caring for and how I would be like to treated and encourage inclusion where ever possible so using initiative and making sure the patient always has their dignity in place is the best practice. I also have experience of daily observations, with the NEWS table, and removing cannulas Please note my bank holiday rates are time half per hour. half hour rates 15 per hour. please give me a ring for any emergency evening calls.
