I decided to do live in surport care worker and used to be working for a man with parkinson for over a year. I have also been working with a man who is used to have dementia. I would have to bathe and dress him in the morning. Help him with toileting, Assisting in exercise and going for a walk, Taking him along to group activities. Also cooking and house duties. Another man used to be having brain injury and he needs assistance of showering, dressing, and cooking. He used to be short term memory problems but enjoyed meal out most evenings and had a busy social life. I myself used to enjoying travelling back home in Kenya, Edinburgh, Wales, London and Lake District.. I also enjoyed watching TV and movies.. I enjoy writing and reading books as well going holidays.. Plus I have been trying to keep my self active by going to gym or swimming.. I only looking for living in work at the moment. I don't have a driving licence but won't mind connecting by any means.. I have done some basic training certificate from my current employer.. I have looked for after two pets before, a dog and a cat.. But let me know if you have many pets.. I don't mind the occasional smoker as long I'm not breathing in that smoke 24/7.My main task for my client include making dinner, keeping the house tidy, catheter care, including changing bag at night and emptying during the day. Hoisting into the bed at night helping on to the commode. Also undressing and dressing when required. When i used to work door to door care work, i worked with many people with different conditions, Such as the Dimentia, strokes victims and the elderly.. I hope this will help. Regards David
