For example, ensure that all the task of the days are being done and respected; perhaps if there are some more task that you can add on if you finish earlier than the time provided, is good to do them to ease the workload for the next shift. Understand individuals condition is part of being a good carer as it will give you a vision of what you are expecting and how you will overcome. I have many years of experience within the care sector and I am willing to complete all duties asked by my clients. I love cooking and cleaning for my clients!
