I do have multi-disciplinary skills at all levels of senior support in the Health Care industry which include Medical wards Complex and Acute, Rehabilitation, Brain and Spinal injuries,(adults and Children), Dementia, Substance misuse and crisis stabilisation, maintaining safe patient care with an understanding and awareness of age appropriate culturally aware needs. My experience has also given me a Deep understanding of psychology of Autism and Learning Disabilities, Forensics & Mental Health, and ability to assist them in a manner best suited to their physical and mental condition focusing on a person centred approach. Knowledge of different teaching practises adopted for autistic patients. Ability to handle behavioural issues and control repetitive behavioural disorders through motivation .The opportunity to work with young children from all ages and backgrounds whilst safeguarding and actively enhancing their Bio, Socio, Psycho well-being “Every Child has a right”.
