I have helped care for and personally assist a family friend with vascular dementia, who had quite a lengthy hospital stay after breaking her hip. I have helped this lady build up her confidence in getting her more confident with her mobility by using walking aids etc. I am a great believer in always treating people with dignity, respect, empathy, and honesty.
