 W4 5EZ 148741 I was working as a private elderly carer for 4years. A widow lady with insulin diabetes and had cancer for a year and a couple where the gentleman was in insulin diabetes and the wife has parkinson's disease for 3 years. 4 years in the Domiciliary Care Company where I become a Fieldcare Supervisor and a nanny job for 12 years. During this time as an elderly carer, I was dealing clients with Dementia, parkinson's disease, stoma bag, PEG feeding, hoisting, diabetes and insulin diabetes, cancer , palliative care and mental dis-order. As a childcarer, I was dealing children in a private family from new born until teens. Some of them has a medical condition like, baby projectile reflux that requires medication, babies with Asthma, and a special needs children. Recently working in one of the GP surgery as a Healthcare Assistant/Phlebotomist. I am dealing mostly elderly patient with diabetes, mental patient, special needs young adults and disability. I am doing Diabetes review, diabetes blood routine, diabetes footcheck, blood pressure, weight and hight check and diabetes diet. Ensure that everything is controlled, monitored and recorded. I am confident that I meet the qualities of a carer, I am driven, passionate about individuals. I can work effectively both as an individual or a team and always contribute about my job description. Previous work experience have taught me to work in the highest level of personal and professional integrity and attention to details, cleanliness, hygiene and have an ability to think outside the box.
