Personal choices are very important and as Personal assistant, I must respect them and support my client to feel empowered and in control of his or her own life! I love a clean enviroment around my patients and I am not scared if it isn't that clean on my arrival as I enjoy to make a difference. I do mostly full time live in-s but open to a part time position at least 4-5 days a week. I also love pets and can look after them. If you like to eat healthy, nutritious and delicious meals, I am your personal chef. I do not like waste and I like to save the environment. I drive any vehilces as have been an Ambulance driver. (Not a paramedic.) Bank holiday hourly rate is £30/hour. Bank holiday live in rate + emergency short notice is £250. I have worked with people with learning disability, diabetics, early dementia. I also worked with mental health hospital, end of life care helping to make clients comfortable at home as a live in carer. I work well with other team members, such as doctors, occupational therapist and also supporting family members with respect and care. I became a care after looking at my mother who died of cancer, when she died I decided to carry on working to support people with children with learning disability and end of life needs. I love reading, especial the Bible. I am part of my local church and help with teaching/ bible studies and creating sermons. I love listening to music, dancing and singing. Travelling is my hobby/ exploring nature, going out for long walks or bike riding and country life. I am a good cook, love good food. Tennis is my favourite sports.
