SP11 6TB 174228 I would like to describe myself as a respectful, observant, reliable, patient, and hard-working person who always provide first class care. Over the years, I've worked in various roles where the need to work closely with other people and demonstrate understanding and empathy have been required. I love to care to assist with the day to day life of clients. With my fourteen years of experience in care in hospitals and in homes as well with lots of training in healthcare, I would like to think that I'm a great carer. I'm also ready to learn to improve myself to be more relevant in the field of care. I am experienced in working with clients who have complex medical needs and will be happy to arrange training and sign off with your nurse. Please contact me to plan a consultation. I like cooking, reading, listening to music, spending time with my family, and doing research on the Internet. I look forward to hearing from you soon. 1 1 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":true,"field_care_type_first":"1, 4, 5","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":true,"field_care_type_second":"1, 4, 5","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":true,"field_care_type_third":"1, 4, 5","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":true,"field_care_type_fourth":"1, 4, 5","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":true,"field_care_type_fifth":"1, 4, 5","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":true,"field_care_type_sixth":"1","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":true,"field_care_type_seven":"1, 4, 5"}

SO206DN 3185 I have been a carer for just over 8 years and have enjoyed providing assistance when and where required My aim is to ensure clients in my care are as happy and comfortable as possible. I am avaliable to provide care on a day/ night and live in care (short time) I am trained in dementia care, moving and handling, first aid, end off life, oral health care, safeguarding, wound care, hazard risk, the mental capacity act, cosh, equality diversity and inclusion and medication managment. My first job I worked at was a care home caring for residents who sufferd dementia and there were those who were bed bound and also end off life I stayed there for 7 months then decided to work in domacillary. I really enjoyed it going around from home to home caring for those in their own homes. After that i signed up for an agency and worked there in nursing homes as and when im required. I have also ( in that time ) been a live in carer which I also love to do as the one on one interaction is somthing I find very inportant and not only for myself but to know that the clients I care for are very happy content and they feel safe I am a very kind caring compasionate person who can be silly and have a funny sense off humour but also serious and profesional when needed to be. I am a very good listener and love to hear all about the clients should they wish to talk about their lives or any worries and conerns they may have My hobbies include crafts ( although so far i have only got around to watching programmmes about crafts ) but im very keen on any crafts and learning. I love gardening, walking, watching movies, documentaries, gardening programmes and wildlife and spending alot off time with my famiy. I also love to cook and can cook a wide range off foods. I don't drive at the moment but hoping to get that sorted when I can I am also a smoker thank you 1 1 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":true,"field_care_type_first":"4, 5","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":true,"field_care_type_second":"4, 5","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":true,"field_care_type_third":"4, 5","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":true,"field_care_type_fourth":"4, 5","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":true,"field_care_type_fifth":"4, 5","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":false,"field_care_type_sixth":"","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":false,"field_care_type_seven":""}

I am ex British army medic who served for nearly 8 years both local and overseas and last posting being with the Gurkars /Nepali soldiers, I developed a lot of experiences working with different nationalities and having being in domiciliary, complex and critical care since 2016. I have experienced and gained enormous amount of knowledge and skills not withstanding the pressures at work and complexity of caring for someone and after being injured and being discharged from the army. I am now an adult nursing student in University of Winchester. Transferred skills: I enjoy fitness and assisting people with their physiotherapy programs, something I used to do for injured in rehabilitation recovering from their injuries. I have worked in the A&E. I am flexible for long day shifts and sleep over and preferably waking nights. I have worked with people with brain injury, palliative and MND and so on. I have done all my mandatory training including medication training to train other, first and at work and mental health first aid. I have experience in stand hoisting, ceiling, electric hoist, mobile hoist, rotenders and assisting people use the Zimmer frame. I have experience working at Treloars; school of disabilities as well. I have worked with some injured personnel and critically ill client outside the military. I enjoy what I do and whatever I do is client centred, less of me. I am open minded and honest and do not like covering up errors or wrongs. However with the ethos and expertise from from both areas of healthcare, I have decided to render my life as service to humanity and putting smiles on people’s faces false
