To keep my spirit ready for all  this, I do daily yoga exercise, I love to do walks in nature a few times a week. In my breaks, I love travelling, doing outdoor sports, and listening to podcasts. The cutest person in my life is my 3 years old grandson, so family programmes take most of my holidays.
