 MK41 0TF 271309 I have worked in health and social care since 2006 and had a range of roles in the sector. l started off as a live in carer, were l developed new skills in the sector and learnt how to support client with various needs. l worked as a senior care assistant in a residential home and worked in that position for 4 years. l developed knowledge and skills on how to manage and run a shift. supervise staff, carryout management of medication, care planning , managing and supporting End of life care, managing and supporting nutrition. With the experience l gained l moved over to private care , where l am a deputy manager.
