For the past five years, I have enjoyed working as a Carer in the UK. I find it very rewarding to help and encourage people to do as much as they can in daily living. I especially like working in clients' homes, which enables them to remain there and feel safe. My Care experience in the UK has been in both Residential Care/ Nursing Homes and Domiciliary Care. I help to assist and aid clients/patients with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, mobility, eating, social activities, and supporting them as required. I have a lot of experience with supporting people who have dementia and the challenges they and I face from this illness in delivering the care required. I have nursed people who have diabetes. I also have experience in palliative care and working with people who have special needs. My most recent placement was supporting a person who had Downs Syndrome. I am able to work cohesively in a team but also have delivered care on a one to one basis privately in clients' homes. I have compassion and empathy have a happy desposition. I am committed and dedicated and work hard. I love learning, and the job presents different challenges where we are learning all the time from our clients, co-workers, and others who may be involved in delivering the Care required. My hobbies include cooking, reading ,dancing, cleaning, gardening , going for long walks , gym and swimming. I can also speak Urdu. 1 2 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":true,"field_care_type_first":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":true,"field_care_type_second":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":true,"field_care_type_third":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":true,"field_care_type_fourth":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":true,"field_care_type_fifth":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":true,"field_care_type_sixth":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":true,"field_care_type_seven":"1, 4, 5, 3"}

E6 1LH 38559 I can relocate, depending of the job's requirement, and can drive to work. Greetings. I have been practicing as a voluntary carer for over 20 years, and 5 years as a duly trained practitioner and paid worker. I have experience in standard care and specialist or complex care, including autism, spinal injury, Peristeen procedure and bowel management, brain tumour, dementia, dyslexia, osteoporosis, blindness and deafness. Also, being a 'responsible driver', I have driven non-emergency vehicles and public accessible minibuses in London and counties. That allows me to offer transport service to clients when needed. I am a very patient person and respectful of human dignity. Very clean and tidy. My life can be summarised in two words: “promoting others”. That include: seeking the other person's happiness and fulfilment, offering personal care as I will do to myself, finding ways to make the client really satisfied and dignified, endeavouring to comply with policies and procedures, empowering the client in accordance with the principles of Safeguarding Adults (Care Act 2014), supporting people and encouraging them to make their own decisions and informed consent. I find my fulfilment in putting a smile on somebody’s face. In terms of education and training, I constantly update my knowledge in health and social care. Presently, I completed my training in Leadership and management in social care, Level 5, as a personal development plan (CPD). Four values are vital for this role. I can confirm that I am accountable, commercial, caring and energising (motivational). Having occupied different roles in my professional life, I have acquired a greater sense of responsibility and accountability: before the organisation's management team, before the public and clients. Accountability implies good stewardship:  avoiding wasteful behaviour and recycling what can be re-used or transformed, Switching off lights after leaving a room, turning off the tap correctly, etc. Finally, in all situations, I try to find out the positive side of people and situations and capitalise on them, given that no one is perfect. People do not need to be reminded of their infirmities, shortcomings or limits, but rather be spurred (promoted, supported) to achieve something plausible, no matter how little it may be. Yours Sincerely, Lema 1 1 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":"1","field_care_type_first":"4, 5, 3","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":"1","field_care_type_second":"4, 5, 3","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":"1","field_care_type_third":"4, 5, 3","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":"1","field_care_type_fourth":"4, 5, 3","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":"1","field_care_type_fifth":"4, 5, 3","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":"1","field_care_type_sixth":"4, 5, 3","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":"1","field_care_type_seven":"4, 5, 3"}

Training to be a psychotherapist with BACP accreditation. TRAINING: Manual and handling, Safe Holds technique on Dementia patients, Using Enema on spinal injury clients, Health and safety at work and CPR on adults/children (certificates not received due to the training being in-house within different working environments) I have a wealth of experience in the care sector including caring for spinal injury clients, dementia especially Alzheimer's and also caring for Children under 14 with mental and some physical disabilities. I currently assist a child with cerebral palsy that requires peg feeding- so I have some training and experience ongoing with this too. I respect and believe that every client is different and will require different type of care- which is why I can provide a very specific and tailored care, routine according to the client. I will do whatever the client wishes with the best of my ability. I am able to perform tasks very quickly and efficiently and I can multitask. I can understand that some clients may feel isolated, lonely and upset at times and in those times I can be a good friend that will listen and make you smile. Equally, I also understand that some clients will wish me to simply do the job or need a significant private time- and in those times I will respect that and complete the duties they wish. In a few words, I best describe myself as adjusting in the room according to the situation. Their clients were mostly the elderly people, who needed help in their own homes. After a couple years, as, I really loved my job and people whom I care, my next step was to find a job in a particular field. 2015 I started work with a care agency, which brought a care for children and adults. Here, I worked, as a Male Support Worker. Also, I attended a lot of trainings. As, I worked for a couple agencies, my job was to assist to vulnerable clients in their homes. Stay in their homes and help people with personal care, to do shopping, to drive them to the medical appointments, or to their relatives. Help them in their everyday needs to feel more confident comfortable and as much independent, as they can. Also, I worked in London and other UK hospitals, Rehabilitation Centres and lodges. I hold Health and Social Care Levels 2&3. My hobbies: Reading, music, traveling, Church. Mostly, I like spent my time with my family, to listen to good music, watch positive programs and surf the net. {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":true,"field_care_type_first":"1, 5","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":true,"field_care_type_second":"1","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":true,"field_care_type_third":"5","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":false,"field_care_type_fourth":"","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":false,"field_care_type_fifth":"","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":false,"field_care_type_sixth":"","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":true,"field_care_type_seven":"5"}
