This experience allowed me to share arts and crafts in the making in a selfless, encouraging and quiet way. When I left I began baking various breads for my local community and offered baking workshops to children and adults on a one2one basis as well as groups. Also held regular cookery classes at a home in Cheltenham for homeless young adults. A good number of these participants were able to get jobs and their own lodgings with the knowledge they had gained.
