 Br8 7Td 13123 I started in care in 2008 when I joined a domiciliary agency and I have worked for them for 6 years, I have learned so many things and I passed my NVQ level 2&3 in Health & Social Care with them. Between in 2010 I have joined a care home where I worked as night carer. I am very confident with catheter and stoma and I have been shown the peg feed however I would have to be shown again, I am happy to learn. I have many years of experience of how to use a hoist, ceiling hoist, standing aids and I have learned through the years how to do blood sugar, blood pressure and all vitals. I am non smoker but feel comfortable to work in smokers home providing I am still able to breath. I am confident around pets as I have few dogs myself. Through the years while I was living in England I have learned to cook traditional English dishes, I am not masterschef but cook pretty good . I have clear full English driving licence and I have my own car which I will use to commute to work. Last year I have passed my competency in phlebotomy but unfortunately did not gained any hands on experience yet. I am quite happy to work some bank holidays charging double time. And at last I know we have a very hard time due to Covid, I have had few Covid tests done and all have came back negative.  DA15 8DQ 221966 I am a dedicated Health Care Assistant with 10 years experience working with Adults, Older People and Young People with severe mental health illnesses and learning difficulties. I am very passionate about what I do and my experience includes working as part of the MDT and supporting qualified nurses to deliver high standards of care. I currently work as a bank HCA in different care settings and services through the flexible workforce and I have been working for other care agencies since 2010. I am very passionate about delivering high standards of care to ensure patient safety and positive experience of care. I had brief experience working with patients in their own homes it gave me profound insight into how care can be provided differently in the comfort of patient's own homes. My experience includes facilitating task based groups as a coping strategy and escorting patients out for recreational activities. I work well within the team as well as on my own. I have good interpersonal skills using verbal and non verbal communication and I understand the importance of handing over and recording information on patient records or in the diary. I am up to date with my mandatory training and I'm always willing to learn new skills. My relevant training includes understanding safeguarding arrangements for children, adults and being able to relate to and understand the needs of different people.
