I have experience of working in partnership with service users and other organisations to ensure a holistic approach in identifying and meeting the needs of the service users. I ensure that their views and wishes are part of all decision making process therefore working in an anti-oppressive way.   I am able to utilise the resource in the community, through sign posting service users to relevant agencies and providing service users with information thereby empowering them and enabling self-determination. I have excellent skills in partnership building, acknowledging some of the complex needs service user might have. I value the input all the organisations involved with service users to ensure the holistic assessment and meeting the needs of the service users.  In doing so am aware of confidentiality boundaries and I ensure that I share information appropriately in accordance with the Data protection Act (1998). I have a good working knowledge of Microsoft word.
