This is achieved through providing advice, home assessments and issuing equipment which will help to maintain people's safety and independence.  PL253JD 91907 I have been working in health care for 12 years now. I have had an interest in gaining many experiences to increase my understanding of the profession. I have been privileged to have worked in people's own homes, in care homes and the hospital setting. My training and experience has allowed me to confidently carry out self-employed health care work within a family. I have studied the human body and learnt about interesting subjects, such as skin integrity, which I find fascinating. I have completed many in house training courses, such as first aid and health and safety stoma care and catheter care. I have given person-centred care to people of different ages, backgrounds and health conditions which I find mutually beneficial. I get to learn more about you and you get someone that takes a keen interest in supporting your needs. I do enjoy seeing improvements in someone's quality of life, whatever is manageable for the person.
