EX39 1LD 68102 Thank you for visiting my profile. Please note I have availability from the 17th of March till the 3rd of April, 2025. I do live-in-care only. I pride myself on delivering care to the highest possible standard, allowing my clients to live independently in their own homes. With over 6 years of continuous experience within the care industry, there's no situation I haven't come across before. I have a true client-centric approach and care for all my clients in the same way I would want someone to care for me. I'm well-versed in toileting assistance, personal care, manual handling and daily administrative tasks such as dressing, oral hygiene and driving my clients to meet their appointments, organising diaries for social events. The field I contribute the most is dementia care due to my high emotional intelligence, gentle personality and empathy. I know the real difference that quality care can make to someone suffering from such a condition. However, I was also working recently as a travel companion on cruise ships supporting my client with disability needs. I have a photographer qualification and over 8 years of sales experience within the engineering industry. Recently I’ve also obtained my dive master (scuba diving) and under water photographer qualifications. With a second love of photography and sport, when not caring for my client’s I can be found taking photos or scuba diving and doing costal walks. I also love to travel, with an extended circle of American friends, I often vacation over the pond, stopping off somewhere exotic on the way. And when not doing any of that, you will likely find me with a good book in my hand. I also consider myself a good cook and I’m into healthy eating and life-style. I believe I have a great sense of humour and a positive attitude towards everything in my life. I see myself as a good listener. I hold valid training certificates of First Aid and Basic Life Support, Medication Administration, Move and Assist Safely. References and DBS are available upon request. {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":"0","field_care_type_first":null,"field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":"0","field_care_type_second":null,"field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":"0","field_care_type_third":null,"field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":"0","field_care_type_fourth":null,"field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":"0","field_care_type_fifth":null,"field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":"0","field_care_type_sixth":null,"field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":"0","field_care_type_seven":null}

Sa16de 34460 Hello Thankyou very much for looking at my profile. Working within a caring role has simply been such a rewarding experience for me. I have been described by my clients as having a natural and easy manner and warm and friendly personality. I try to create a relaxed environment and have a good sense of humour. I am the proud mother of 2 beautiful daughters and 2 adorable grandchildren. I am a sincere Buddhist practitioner and live within a Buddhist community. In the past I have worked within a hospital environment, nursing and care homes and over 10 years as a live-in carer. During the last 2 years my experience has been varied and spans between a companionship role, working with people with varying degrees and types of dementia to 'end of life' care. I am educated to a university level in Humanities, have a foundation diploma in Art, studied for 2 years on a teacher training course in Dru Yoga and have experience in Co- Councilling. I have been practising in Stroud as a self-employed Theraputic Massage and Alternative Therapist for over 25 years. I recently qualified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist. I regularly visit my hometown in Stroud as my daughter recently moved back with her partner and children. I am very interested in the Arts, sustainable living and maintaining a healthy body and mind. I believe that my main strengths are that I am very compassionate, patient and reliable with the ability to adapt to most situations to suit my clients needs. I also have excellent communication skills. I came to UK in 2001 and worked as a carer before I started my nursing in 2004. Worked with Agencies in Homes, Adult disabilities, hospitals, and leaving in. I also looked after my grandmother who died at 94 years of age. I am a very good English speaker, good listener, good interpersonal relationship, hardworking, empathetic,compassionate and patient. I like working closely with older people. I have experience in personal grooming enjoy clients to look best. I can assist in hygiene toileting cooking eating cleaning and administration tasks which needs support. I have a clean driving License if needs to meet friends and shopping. I feel a client will have a good day or night if the problem is urgently monitored and escalated. I had a client who was in pain and noxious. I made sure that I stopped the nausea then the client was comfortable making other medication working. This made him settled and when clients find that they are getting a good care they stop calling and worrying. I hope my education and experience may meet a good position. {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":"0","field_care_type_first":null,"field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":"0","field_care_type_second":null,"field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":"0","field_care_type_third":null,"field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":"0","field_care_type_fourth":null,"field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":"0","field_care_type_fifth":null,"field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":"0","field_care_type_sixth":null,"field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":"0","field_care_type_seven":null}

SA1 7DR 101918 Hello there I am Ben, I have worked in the care industry for over 10 years with my first career as a chef, I have always been drawn by the care industry as it is within my nature to help others, My reasons for working in this field- from my early teens I was a young carer for my grandfather who had Alzheimer's and my mum had COPD, through this personal experience I am able to deliver an understanding empathy to my work. Why you should choose me - I treat people with the same respect and dignity that I expect my own family to be treated with, due to my 10 year career as a NHS healthcare support worker I have worked with a vast range of health conditions (there are not many I can think of that I haven't worked with) I pride my self on having a friendly manner and being non judgemental. as well as my experience I also have a strong academic profile in the healthcare field with a health and social care degree, all current manual handling/hygiene qualifications, I am also a current adult Nursing student, this allows me to undertake any additional tasks such as liaising with other health care professional that maybe involved within your needs. I do not usually like the term carer, this may sound a little odd as you have probably googled the term career to come across this cite but I do not see myself as a carer for my clients, I see myself more as a personal assistant. I adopt a "can do attitude to all my work' and have assisted many of my clients to help with their overall well-being, an example of this is a client whose kitchen and living room walls were a bit tired, so whilst I was there for companionship and hygiene, I painted the walls as this helped improve wellbeing which is what I am all about. The point I'm making is if I can do it, I will do it, but please don't ask me to put shelves up, my wife has been waiting for around 5 years for a curtain rail to be put up! I have 3 children 2yr. 8yr. 15yr olds, all my hobbies include spending time with the children my interests are wellbeing/holistic therapies, (I have just completed my qualifications in Indian head massage and sports massage and also undertaking a course to massage people with cancer) as you can probably gather from this statement, I like to keep busy. Thank you for looking at my profile, if there are any questions you may have, please get in touch 0 1 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":false,"field_care_type_first":"","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":false,"field_care_type_second":"","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":true,"field_care_type_third":"1, 4, 3","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":true,"field_care_type_fourth":"1, 4, 3","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":true,"field_care_type_fifth":"1, 4, 3","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":true,"field_care_type_sixth":"1, 4, 3","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":true,"field_care_type_seven":"1, 4, 3"}

SA5 5EA 202682 My name is Liselothe, but I prefer to be called Lisa for short. I am a caring person by nature, friendly, helpful. I believe in rendering the best service possible to all service users. I have over 10 years experience in care working in the UK, I have worked with the elderly, learning disabilities, Autistic, mental health care and worked in care homes and domiciliary care in the community. I am teachable and love meeting new people. As I am not yet driving I am looking for night shifts or live in care. When I do live in I prefer to do a rotation of 3 weeks on and 1 week off, on my off week I do like to do 2/3 nights per week. When doing live in position I do prefer to have my 2 hour break each day where possible. I prefer to do live in care in Wales and England only. If travelling over 20 miles travelling expenses would have to be covered by the client. 0 1 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":true,"field_care_type_first":"4, 5, 3","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":true,"field_care_type_second":"4, 5, 3","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":true,"field_care_type_third":"4, 5, 3","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":true,"field_care_type_fourth":"4, 5, 3","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":true,"field_care_type_fifth":"4, 5, 3","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":true,"field_care_type_sixth":"4, 5, 3","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":true,"field_care_type_seven":"4, 5, 3"}
