HU17 9SL 293536 I have an administrative background, having worked in the corporate industry for many years. However, I broke away from that to follow my creative skills. I am by trade a qualified picture framer and owned my own picture framing and art gallery for 16 years. I paint and love working with stain glass. I like interacting with people and aim to please. I am a caring, empathetic person who puts others' needs above my own. I am also a hard worker who ensures all aspects of my work requirements are met to the best of my abilities. I decided in 2021 to pursue another career in the adult care industry, having cared for my mum who suffered from COPD. Most of the clients I have had the pleasure of caring for are in various stages of dementia. I have experience with moving and positioning and track hoisting. It's a great privilege for me as a carer to be able to make someone's life that much easier. Working with the client and their family in formulating a person-centred, holistic care plan is paramount. Every client is unique. So, too, is the care they require. As stated, I have a full driving license and my own car with comprehensive business insurance cover. As I have a second address in Kent, I am available to work in the South, UK. {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":"0","field_care_type_first":null,"field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":"0","field_care_type_second":null,"field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":"0","field_care_type_third":null,"field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":"0","field_care_type_fourth":null,"field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":"0","field_care_type_fifth":null,"field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":"0","field_care_type_sixth":null,"field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":"0","field_care_type_seven":null}

DN33 1PB 171114 It is my desire to be supportive, I have always enjoyed administering attention, support, and care to anyone who is hurting, injured, or in need of social care. I am delighted when administering care to others, especially older people; I find it very rewarding and fulfilling. My first professional job in the caring field was as a home care worker where I was able to care for older people within their homes. My role as a carer was to maintain the dignity, privacy, and self-esteem of the service users. Over the past five years, I have successfully undergone courses such as Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Medication training level 3, and Dementia Awareness: for which I have received certificates. During this period, I feel my interpersonal skills and my ability to understand non-verbal communication cues have greatly improved more over; I have become a better listener. I have also been responsible for caring for my elderly relatives and my father who suffers from Dementia. 0 1 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":true,"field_care_type_first":"5","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":true,"field_care_type_second":"5","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":true,"field_care_type_third":"5","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":true,"field_care_type_fourth":"5","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":true,"field_care_type_fifth":"5","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":true,"field_care_type_sixth":"5","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":true,"field_care_type_seven":"5"}
