CM23 4HR 276347 I went to Brighton university and have a 2:1 in Social Science and by chance ended up working for 10 years in London at an Insurance Brokers. I then went on to have two sons and decided to be a stay at home mum which I have been doing for the past 11 years and have loved every minute of it. I felt it was time to work again but didn't want to go back to an office job. I had always hoped that my social science degree would one day be relevant to the work I do. And I've found myself in the care industry and loving every minute. I'm a very caring, patient, kind, trustworthy person who enjoys meeting new people and helping others live an independent lifestyle as they can. Please feel free to get in touch if you feel like I can help with any tasks including household chores, shopping, meal preparation, walking the dog, medication, hospital visits or doctors appointments or just a chat and a cup of tea. CM5 0RG 71317 Hi, my name is Jete. I have been a carer for about 5 years. I had this desire, during the Covid 19 pandemic to help and put something back into the villiage that I live in. I found out that there was a shortage of carers, so I chose to volunteer care support, because I like helping, and caring for people. I loved the job so much that I took up caring professionally. I worked in re-ablement care, where we look after clients who have just had a spell in hospital, we nurse these clients back to pre hospital health and fitness levels and in the process provide care and support for the clients. I am also a domiciliary carer, and have experience using most mobility aids. I like to make care for fun for my clients, by making every day different, and by taking my clients out and about to improve their quality of life and I also ensure that my clients eat fresh, healthy and delicious meals everyday. I love cooking and can prepare lovely delicious meals. I encourage my clients have as much independence as they would like and I let them take control of situations. I just fill in the gaps. I am extremely flexible, understanding and helpful and I will ensure my clients have a good time with me. I am willing to take my clients out, to enable them have a super fulfilling life. If you would like an informal chat with me, we can arrange that on the Curam platform. Thank you. 0 1 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":true,"field_care_type_first":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":true,"field_care_type_second":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":true,"field_care_type_third":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":true,"field_care_type_fourth":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":true,"field_care_type_fifth":"1, 4, 5","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":true,"field_care_type_sixth":"1","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":true,"field_care_type_seven":"1, 4, 5, 3"}

EN3 5HL 267975 Due to my 14 years experience as mental health recovery support worker, I strengthened my interpersonal, communication and listening skills which are vital when working directly with patients. I am also able to deal with stressful situations accordingly. Working with individuals recovering from mental health disorders for more than a decade has taught me to better understand adult patients living with mental health disorders such as schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder, personality disorders, GAD , eating disorders and depression. I have learnt that not every individual with the same disorder will present the same symptoms. I consider myself to be an extremely patient, caring, understanding and non-judgemental person, which is why I feel as though I work well in this field. As aforementioned, individuals are different therefore each require a tailored support plan. Working as a mental health recovery support worker I have had to deal with challenging behaviour. For that reason, certain patients will require a different level of care. This has allowed me to work innovatively and gain the ability to adapt accordingly. Studying a NVQ Level 3 has increased by knowledge of psychological theories and practices. It has taught me how to better understand individuals and how to reflect on the way I provide support to my service users. It also taught me that I am able to work under pressure and still produce a brilliant standard of work. My current role has allowed me to utilise this knowledge and apply it in real life. These skills and knowledge are transferable and will be utilised within any roles. I am extremely passionate about helping others and truly believe a problem shared is a problem halved. I enjoy helping others help themselves, allowing others to gain valuable skills required to be able to deal with certain situations and make an educated and informed decision. 0 2 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":true,"field_care_type_first":"1","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":true,"field_care_type_second":"1","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":true,"field_care_type_third":"1","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":true,"field_care_type_fourth":"1","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":true,"field_care_type_fifth":"1","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":true,"field_care_type_sixth":"1","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":true,"field_care_type_seven":"1"}

EN3 6UB 63266 My name is Nikky, I’m a mother of three children and a grandmother of two. I worked for the NHS for 20 years as a Band 4 Health Care Assistant, looking after older people especially those living with dementia and people with learning and physical disabilities. I now work as a live in carer/PA while still covering bank shifts for the NHS. I have experience in hoisting and medication support. I have worked with doctors and social workers to carry out the assessment for the patient. I absolutely love what I do, looking after people that need my support. I help them with their day-to-day activities including washing, toileting, meal preparation, feeding, making bed, cooking, domestic tasks, medication, admin, taking to appointments/social activities and general errands running. I am a quick learner, and that helps me to settle in to my live-in roles quickly. I use person centred approach with my clients and relate really well with families because I am a good team player. I am friendly, reliable, trustworthy and empathetic. I drive and travel for live-in work throughout the UK as long as travelling expenses are covered both ways by my clients. I do not use my own car for transporting clients however I am happy and able to drive automatic cars only as long as I am covered under the clients car insurance. I am able to cover public holidays at a rate of double time. I am available to support you or your loved one with quality care in order to remain independent in your own home, so please contact me. 0 1 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":true,"field_care_type_first":"3","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":true,"field_care_type_second":"3","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":true,"field_care_type_third":"3","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":true,"field_care_type_fourth":"3","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":true,"field_care_type_fifth":"3","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":true,"field_care_type_sixth":"3","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":true,"field_care_type_seven":"3"}
