Responsible for ensuring the implementation of the Departments health and safety policies and for the health and welfare of all individuals using or visiting the building. Responsible for ensuring that the clients/ organisations equal opportunities policies were adhered to. Responsible for the first line management of the inspection process and with residential services manager to respond to and plan the completion of required identified standards by the inspector. Responsible for ensuring that all complaints were recorded and dealt with in line with the organisation’s procedure. Ensured that there was effective communication between staff and tenants and other agencies. Responsible for the supervision of the work of all staff based at the house by undertaking regular supervision and annual appraisal/developmental interviews in line with the organisations Policy. I also work with commissioners, staff and other agencies to ensure the suitability of services and provision of care to meet complex health needs to ensure appropriate use of NHS resources. I have successfully gained lots of experience in operating in complex, multi-disciplinary systems and managing risks.  I have conducted very complex CETR’s both in an inpatient unit and in the community. I have worked both in the NHS and Private sector. my specialisms range from: - Surgical and medical nursing (all ages) - Palliative and End of Life care and management(all ages). I worked in a hospice inpatient ward as a senior nurse for 4 years - Dermatology specialist nurse - Wound Care, Skin Care, Skin Cancers, pressure area care - School nurse (Safeguarding children, immunisations and children with complex needs/ children in need - Covid Vaccinations - Clinical lead at a mass vaccination centre. Leading a team of over 50 health care professionals delivering the Covid vaccination programme I have recently qualified as a community First Responder and have an advanced first aid and CPR competence For the last 10 years I have been a senior nurse manager and leader within the NHS which has taken me away from what I trained to become so many years ago. - To care I am looking forward to caring for patients in both capacities. 1 - To be a carer - Supporting individuals with their care requirements, support, shopping, cleaning and companionship. The hourly rate for care is based at £20 per hour I can support with part time live in 24 hour care To be a Registered Nurse - Delivering Care and clinical nursing expertise to individuals in their home. Support and resource for the family to negotiate the sometimes complex health system. Clinical care delivered aligning to the care plan and individuals advanced care plan or Respect plan. Palliative/ End of Life Care, skin care, wound care, personal care, nutrition support (specialist feeding), stoma care, catheter care, mouth care. Support to the family, support liasing with other health professionals and care services The minimum hourly rate for clinical nursing care is £25 per hour I can support as a live in part time clinical carer (per 24 hours only) I am hoping to care, support and make a difference to my patients. I can work weekdays and weekends and try to be as flexible to the needs of my patients. I am reliable, honest, trustworthy, respectful, professional and cheerful. I have 2 grown up daughters, 1 dog and 1 cat. I love walks, gardening and being outdoors.
