During my nursing placements l have gained experience in these including working in day surgery, endoscopy, theatre, Oncology, orthopaedic. I have also had the experience of working in the Acute Assessment Unit during my time as a student nurse and I proved that I am dynamic and versatile enough to work in fast paced environments. l can work longer hours, night shifts available 7 days and during the week day shifts within school hours. Some of my best experience comes from working in Critical Care over the last 4 years where I have proved that I can work well and retain composure during a patient’s critical illness. Following my 4 years’ experience as a nursing student, I am confident enough to take the lead role of assessing patients, liaising with medics and implementing coordinated treatment and follow up plans. I demonstrate leadership skills and effective multi-disciplinary team working. I can work well and remain calm under pressure or during a crisis due to my resilient and composed personality. I empathise with all patients, recognise and respect differences including spiritual and cultural beliefs. In addition to this, I possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I understand how to effectively care for patients in a person centred way. One of my personal strengths is being able to communicate well and build a rapport with people from various backgrounds. I always work within my Codes of Professional Conduct following Trust Policies and procedures while motivating other staff to do the same. G659UL 18594 I've been a carer for just over 6years now, and I just love it. It's the best thing that I have ever done. I'm very reliable and dedicated. I'm from a beauty background. So I can cut and style hair. Also, I help people with skin, nails and beauty and can do massage. I'm a great companion as I'm very presentable and I love to chat but I also know when to be quiet. I have good manners and a cheerful outlook. I also do cleaning, ironing and organising various things in your home if needed. I do personal care, dressing, feeding, medication prompting, activities according to my client's interests, and I'm very patient. I enjoy cooking and I love animals so would care for them as well. My clients love me and I love them. So let's get this show on the road.
