FK19 8PB 289881 I’m kind, friendly, a good listener and enjoy working closely with others. I have 7 years experience working in the care industry. I work hard to know my clients, so I can help them enjoy their life in their own environment (at home). I have worked with people with cancer, stroke, dementia and I have provided end of life care. I also have experience with mental health, depression, cerebral palsy and MS. I have a full clean European driving license, I like taking clients out to meet friends or go shopping. I became a carer while I looked after my mother, after she was fully recovered, I decided to carry on, working as a live in carer to support who needs help. I love reading, especially fantasy novels and romance books. I have a lovely German shepherd and I love taking him for long walks. I enjoy TV shows and go out to cinemas. I’m looking forward to meeting you and working with you in the future. 1 1 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":"1","field_care_type_first":"3","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":"1","field_care_type_second":"3","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":"1","field_care_type_third":"3","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":"1","field_care_type_fourth":"3","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":"1","field_care_type_fifth":"3","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":"1","field_care_type_sixth":"3","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":"1","field_care_type_seven":"3"}

I am a 39 year old, originally from Poland. I became a carer 18 years ago. I started my career working in several care homes, and I also did 5 years in a daycare centre in Glasgow. In the last 10 years, I have worked as a live-in carer. I worked with clients who have different conditions such as Dementia, Parkinson, Diabetes and many more. I am passionate about my work and would like to continue looking after people in their own homes as it is very important that they maintain independence and they are happy in their own environment that they are familiar with. I feel that the job I do is very rewarding and gives me loads of satisfaction. I'm a very easygoing and patient person treating people with respect. I adapt quickly to the persons lifestyle and their likes and dislikes. In my free time I like to travel to new places, especially in North Scotland. I like walking and cycling. I love cooking traditional and nutricious meals. Also, baking has been my passion for a long time , thanks to my gran, who was a fantastic cook and taught me a lot. I've been told on several occasions that my cakes, a specially carrot cake, are delicious. I love animals and have a cat myself her name is Mia, and she loves cuddles. So if you do have any animals I will be very happy to help you look after them. I'm looking for night work and live in care in the area of Glasgow, Kilsyth, Falkirk, Stirling. I'm available 7 days a week and willing to take on 4 -5 days per week. I would also consider taking on daytime visits in close areas of Kilsyth. Please message me for the price as that may change depending on the client's needs. 1 2 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":"1","field_care_type_first":"4","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":"1","field_care_type_second":"4","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":"1","field_care_type_third":"4","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":"1","field_care_type_fourth":"4","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":"1","field_care_type_fifth":"4","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":"1","field_care_type_sixth":"4","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":"1","field_care_type_seven":"4"}

G63 0JQ 278751 I have worked in the care industry for over 3 years with both male and female clients. All my Care training has been refreshed on an annual basis. I treat all my clients as individuals and aspire to care for them with the best possible knowledge and care I can offer; consideration, dignity, compassion and patience as they all so rightly deserve. I have experienced clients with many different levels of care requirements to include: End of life, Cancer, Visual impairment and hearing difficulties, Mobility (mild to severe lower paralysis), Incontinence (urinary & bowel), Catheter & Stoma, Dementia (mild & advanced). My personal interests are nature & animals, gardening, music, oil painting & writing. I enjoy cooking (but probably better at baking), love to travel and presently chasing my 'bucket list'. By nature I am fairly easy going, not easily stressed, sympathetic and flexible. 0 2 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":false,"field_care_type_first":"","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":false,"field_care_type_second":"","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":false,"field_care_type_third":"","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":false,"field_care_type_fourth":"","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":false,"field_care_type_fifth":"","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":false,"field_care_type_sixth":"","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":false,"field_care_type_seven":""}

G15 7EP 108803 I have a great passion for helping others live comfortably in their own homes. I assist clients with daily living tasks they can no longer perform personally due to illness, frailty or being affected with a physical disability, and mobility issues. I have supported clients who were affected with Dementia, Parkinson disease and some needed companionship as they are lonely in their homes. I have also supported clients who were depressed and were very anxious about life. As no two people are the same, I work using the Person - Centred Approach. I treat clients with dignity and respect. This means I respect their rights, wishes, and choices as long as they do not put them into harm or danger. I work adhering to Legislation and Policies and Procedures. I am a team player and have a listening ear, too. I bring smiles to my clients by appreciating them and treating them with respect and having time doing things the client wants and having cups of tea with cake or biscuits too. This helps to create a very good rapport. I love cooking and baking and sometimes try new things that clients want if I do know them, especially food as I am from Africa originally. I love making someone smile daily by supporting them in A Person -Centred Way as it is to their choice, not mine . I promote clients' independence, that is, letting them do what they can. I was a Primary School Teacher in Zimbabwe for over 22 years. I taught children from primary one up to seven. When I came to the UK, I decided to help older adults and went to university to train as a social worker. I chose to work with older adults as I had a lot of interest to be with my grandparents when I was young. I had a very good relationship with them. I have very good listening skills and respect others to talk before me. I hold a diploma in social work, and I supported the elderly when I was on placement and I enjoyed that so much, and this made me want to work as a Live-in-Carer. 0 1 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":true,"field_care_type_first":"4, 3","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":true,"field_care_type_second":"4, 3","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":true,"field_care_type_third":"4, 3","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":true,"field_care_type_fourth":"4, 3","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":true,"field_care_type_fifth":"4, 3","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":true,"field_care_type_sixth":"4, 3","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":true,"field_care_type_seven":"4, 3"}
