Proficient in driving Mobility Vans and safely loading/unloading both electric and manual wheelchair users. Providing personal care, such as bed baths, and supporting wheelchair users. Comfortable and experienced in caring for clients with pets, including feeding and transporting animals to the vet. I would be happy to look after female clients on their own as we as male client on their own. If it is couples that both need caring it would be agreed before hand. I am available to do long placements of up to 6 weeks. If clients want to trial me out first for a minimum of 2 weeks I would also be available.  PA2 9AQ 8513 I have worked in a Care Home as a Care Assistant for over 10 years with SVQ Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care. Experienced in the care of adults and elderly. I have cared for patients with Dementia, MS, Parkinson's and more. I am able to carry out all aspects of the role from personal care, administering medication, meal preparation and record keeping. I am patient and empathetic by nature. Nothing gives me so much joy than to make a positive change in someone's life while promoting independence. I can easily adopt to most situations. My hobbies are cooking, music, reading, code words/crosswords, walking, knitting and spending time with family. I am looking for Live- in work within Scotland on a 1 week on 1 week off rota.
