Household duties making/changing beds including tidying rooms, assisting service users in maintaining a well - balanced diet, maintain accurate record and medication logs, encourage service clients to remain as independent as possible in their own home. Assistant with feeding I have worked with vulnerable adults with Dementia, Physical Disabilities, temporarily sick needing bed nursing and/or help with feeding, service user/ clients with Mental Health assisting users/clients through talking to them, taking them out, sharing within activities such as reading, writing, hobbies, and recreations, treating them as an individual’s using Person Cantered.
